You have defined your desires and what you really want out of life, now let’s unpack why you want it.

Let’s say that you have identified that you want to grow your business, or progress in your career, maybe you want to make a bigger salary, or create a different lifestyle. Maybe you want to lose 5 kg or build a stronger tribe of supportive women.

In this lesson, I’m asking you to ask yourself: Why are you inspired to attain the things you want? What is the underlying motivation fueling these desires? Often we focus on the end result and tangible goal, but let’s dig deeper and figure out how you will feel when you achieve or receive your desires.

Whatever your desire is: unpack it here and identify what the underlying motivation is, then use your workbook to journal everything you have realised and understand about your why’s.
