The mind and body are connected. The thoughts you have affect the way you feel and the way you feel impacts the way you act. 

When you think the same thoughts as you did the day before, you make the same choices. When you make the same choices, you demonstrate the same behaviours. When you demonstrate the same behaviours you have the same experiences and when you have the same experiences you feel the same emotions. When you have the same emotions this drives the same thoughts, and this means that you are ultimately the same person you were yesterday – making no change at all. 

 If you want to make a change in your life and create a new personal reality you HAVE to… I repeat HAVE to change your personality. You need to become someone new. 

Visualise who the future verion of yourself is and then start thinking, feeling and acting as her.
