What are you holding onto?

What is no longer serving you but you just cannot seem to release it? 

  • It could be an old thought pattern of negative beliefs.
  • It could be a friend who never lifts you up and constantly drains your energy.
  • It could be a bad habit of binge eating/drinking, retail therapy, overeating, late-night social media scrolling.
  • It could be a victim mentality that everything bad always happens to you.
  • It could be a feeling of resentment and anger toward an ex-partner.

Whatever you know in your heart is not positively impacting you, you have the decision and the power to walk away from this and to let this go.
